Chase and I just got back last week from a great vacation to Kauai to visit Matt, MEgan, Linnaea and Shelby. Neither of us have ever been and it was so much fun and way too short. We were thrilled that we left our little sadie home to get all the attention she could ever want from Kelly, Diane, Maesa, Jay and Kendra; even though we did miss her.
We did almost everything while we were there and loved it all. We got to go to the Hyatt luau where chase was asked out by a hula dancer as she dragged him on stage to dance with her...it was pretty hysterical. We went surfing on the North shore, hiked at queens bath, went to a super fancy dinner with megan and matt ( i should have posted pics of the food ;) hiked at waimea canyon, barbecued on the beach and watched shooting stars, searched for shells, and did some great snorkeling. In between that all Megan cooked some pretty awesome meals. We lucked out so much on this trip, free airline tickets, great babysitters, stayed in a super cute little apartment that megan and matt's landlord let us use for free, and had the time of our lives....Thanks so much for having us!

What a great trip, and most of it for free?!! How did you get those free tickets? Sounds like you did some great things, you should add some details about it too. Did you get a video of Chase dancing, that would be cool! I bet it was nice to get away and without sadie, bonus!! Glad you guys had fun.

Congratulations on your two year anniversary!! We didn't get it together enough to send you a card, so we'll make up for that faux pas ASAP. In the mean time, know that we love you and are so happy with the wise choices you have made. Especially for bringing sweet little Sadie into our family. You do great!!
