This is the best invention for children like sadie.
And when I say like Sadie I mean super active, always trying to play chase, constantly getting away from me and hiding. I feel it's to the point where it's become a safety concern for me ( this is my anxious mom side).
Today we found it for a steal at TJ maxx and just walking out of the store I felt my life was going to change. We tried it out tonight and lets just say it's not so much of a hit with Sadie, but she will learn to love it. She started with treating it like a doll and wrapping the tail (leash) around her like a boa. Little did she know this was going to restrain her and her wandering/running away from me habit.
I must say I have gotten a couple of weird looks but I'm not going to loose her right ??

I always swore I wouldn't put my kid on a leash but that was before I actually had a kid! These are the BEST! And Tanner actually LOVES his "Monkey Backpack". It's a lifesaver sometimes...literally!
uh oh... you're one of those. :)
I made the mistake of not getting a stroller in our 3rd Kohl's store for the day, and I ran into a friend. She asks "how are you" I say "I'm thinking awfully stupid for not getting a cart..." we laugh. 20 second convo, as my little friend wanders away amongst the clothing racks. Mom's running through the clothing calling out "Jack, Homer" would be quite a sight too!
You do what you gotta do, right? I bet she looks so cute with the backpack.
I saw one of those when we were in St. Louis and I thought it was so funny and that we should get for addsion...I've forgotten since then.
Post a pic of her modelling it!
I got one for Shelby when she was little, and they weren't even cute or even acceptable back then. It was literally a halter around her middle with the leash. Boy, did I get nasty comments but it really was for her safety. She would dart out in traffic or bolt out the door in a flash. It kept her alive!! Good luck with it:))
Best purchase you'll ever make! We got one for Linnaea for airports and loved it. Granted she kept falling over until she got the concept... so yes, definitely needed adjusting, haha!
