Halloween Project

Well I thought I would do a little update on our Halloween. It's not what you would expect but we had a blast. This last weekend we put down laminate hardwood flooring in our hallway, living room, and dining area. It was a lot of work but so worth it. We got a good deal on some laminate at Costco and have been getting ready for a week or so to tackle this project. Our pictures show a time line of Friday & Saturday. It was a lot of work and a few trips to Home Depot but in the end it was worth it. This next weekend we are going to put up some new crown molding so we are excited for that. This couple pics are of me doing my part....mainly the prep work because you can only have one person actually putting down the flooring so I defiantly thought chase was the better choice for the hard work. So I was prep and still enjoyed it. The next pic is Chase putting down the insulation and the flooring. The picture of the partially done flooring is the part where I needed a nap for a few hours and chase finished it all up. That was the best, just to wake up and have it all done! He did a great job.
